Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on whether minors should have access to gender affirming care in light of the Supreme Court's decision in last term's Skrmetti case. We will host Brandon Smith, the former Chief of Staff to Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti, Professor Lawrence Sager from the University of Texas School of Law, and Andrew Brown from the Texas Public Policy Foundation to debate this issue.
